Refund policy

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD

Any purchases made on or after Thursday 17th November 2022 are eligible for a refund or exchange until Sunday 15th January 2023.

For purchases made after 31 December 2022 we offer 30 days from the date of purchase on items which are faulty, not as described or just don't suit you. Items must be in their original sellable condition to be valid for an exchange or refund. 

A returns form is included with your order, complete the form and enclose it with your return addressed to:

Once the return or exchange is received it will be processed within 3 working days. You will only be entitled to a refund or exchange on items which have not been worn, washed and are in original condition. The refund will not include the original cost of postage. 

It will take 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed. If you wish to exchange your items and have included the completed returns form your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. 

We are not responsible for the postage cost for returning your items. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, package your items well and use a tracked delivery service with insurance.
